When a leading Dutch Telecom/IT provider reached out for help to accelerate their cloud sales, we were glad to contribute to the team at The Acceleration Group for a project that lasted more than 2 years.

During the first phase of this program the 150 account managers responsible for Large Enterprises were coached on the job, inspired and challenged, customers and prospects were visited, and the cloud strategy and G2M program was evaluated and refined. In the second phase a dedicated hit team (overlay) was formed that became responsible for closing cloud related deals.
