Invite Rob to Speak
Keynotes, panels and closed-door executive sessions on where telco, cloud communications and AI are heading — and who captures the value when they collide.
Signature topics
Every talk is tailored to the room. These are the conversations Rob is having right now.
TELCO · AI
AI is coming for the telco network
Inference is moving out of hyperscale campuses and toward networks, premises and devices. What that means for where AI runs, what “sovereign” really means commercially — and what operators can credibly sell.
CLOUD COMMS
The big blender
UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS are collapsing into one AI-driven engagement layer. Who ends up owning the customer, who becomes a supplier — and what incumbents can still do about it.
STRATEGY
Nobody negotiates their way out of being a supplier
Value creation is not value capture. How telcos and platforms move from selling capacity to selling capability — and who transforms whom along the way.
ECOSYSTEMS
Ecosystems by design
What building CPaaSAA from scratch taught us about markets that don’t exist yet — and how big plays build the ecosystem they need around them.

2026: MWC Barcelona · BATIC (Telin), Bali · Vonage Global Leadership Summit · CASA26, Amsterdam (host)
Coming up: Crexendo user group meeting · MWC Doha

How we say yes
Rob accepts a handful of invitations a year, where the room and the topic fit. He isn’t a paid professional speaker; we ask organisers to cover travel and expenses.
